Program Summary
The Human Resource Leadership Program (HRLP) is one of GE's most prestigious global, professional development programs, consisting of three 8-month rotation cycles, one generally abroad. It is designed to provide practical, hands-on human resources experience and training for early-career HR professionals with demonstrated leadership potential and a strong commitment to improve company competitiveness through effective human resources management.
A challenging rotational program focused on accelerated development of top potential human resources talent, with the purpose of creating a pipeline for HR leadership roles across GE. HRLP will prepare you for a dynamic role in the human dimension of GE. As a true business partner, your work will influence the direction of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Direct involvement and active participation in strategic HR-related projects, individually or as member of the team
- Planning and implementation of program assignments locally and/or internationally
Candidate Criteria
- A minimum of 18 months & a maximum of 3 years relevant work experience in HR, in a generalist or recruitment role
- Strong leadership potential
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Business acumen; eagerness to have a deeper understanding of the business
- Superior academic achievement
- University (egyetem) level degree (M.A.) in Economics or Human Resources or other relevant field
- MBA is a plus
- Geographic flexibility and mobility
- Fluent English, native Hungarian, plus knowledge of one other European language
Work location:
Budapest (with one of the 8-month rotations spent abroad).
